I Feel Like the Kardashians Follow Me Around Everywhere.
Granted, I do watch the show religiously, and Kardashian content is exactly what my social media algorithms love to feed me. But even still… they’re everywhere. Lately, the main slice of the Kardashian universe that literally won’t leave me alone is Kourtney’s new gummy vitamin brand, Lemme.
I see them talk about it on the show, I get the targeted ads, I see some of my favorite influencers rave about it on my feed. My first reaction to it all was, please, this is probably just a glorified fruit snack with some celebrity fire power behind it. Harper’s Bazaar said that it “tastes like candy,” but that’s some damn expensive candy if it doesn’t actually do anything.
I couldn’t totally dismiss it though… and I had to admit it would be fun to live like a star of my favorite reality TV show (if only through some luxury gummy vitamins). I figured I’d make it an experiment. I decided to live the “Lemme life” like Miss Kardashian Barker for a month to see if the celebrity supplement routine is everything it’s cracked up to be… or just a bunch of smoke and mirrors.
What Lemme Actually Has To Offer
Lemme has a whole line of gummy vitamins and tinctures that do a variety of different things. But apparently Kourtney was very invested in them being free from any kind of junk or filler… so every Lemme product is:
- Vegan (no gelatin or dairy) and gluten-free
- Free of artificial sweeteners or colors
- Free of high fructose corn syrup
- Non-GMO
She also worked with experts and scientists to make sure that each product is packed with clinically-studied ingredients, and clinically-studied doses of each. So the idea is that they taste great without all the gross chemicals, and they actually supplement your nutritional health. Looking at the ingredients, I’d say these are the cleanest gummy vitamins I’ve ever come across.
There are a bunch of bundles on the website (you can even build your own), but I decided to go for the Lifestyle Bundle to fully live that Kardashian lifestyle. It comes with Lemme Matcha, Lemme Chill, and Lemme Debloat. NGL, I was really excited to try Lemme Purr—the viral vaginal health gummy—but it was sold out.
I Gotta Admit, My Expectations Were High…
After reading through the rave customer reviews for the gummies I chose, I was definitely going into this expecting some fire results. But I committed to trying them all for 30 days before jumping to any conclusions.
I didn’t know what to expect. All the research I did seemed to say that these gummies were legit, but I was still 50/50 about whether or not I thought they’d actually work for me. But I’d seen enough to believe in the claims of Lemme’s “clinically-studied ingredients” and “premium botanicals,” so I just dove right in. And here’s what happened:
Lemme Matcha
The Lemme Matcha is one of their bestsellers. It has Vitamin B12 to support cellular energy, plus Organic Matcha and a naturally-occurring antioxidant called CoQ10. All of these ingredients work together to boost your “energy metabolism,” which apparently helps with long-term, sustained energy. I was super interested in this one because I’m not a coffee drinker, and I’m also not rich enough to shell out $6 every morning for a matcha latte at the local cafe…
While these didn’t taste just like a matcha latte, they were pretty damn close. It’s hard to describe, but they were almost…creamy, with a nice balanced matcha flavor and just enough sweetness. I started out taking two gummies every morning, but switched to taking them in the afternoon for a nice pick-me-up.
Final Verdict: I absolutely loved these. They tasted great, and after a few days they really started to get me through that afternoon slump without all the jittery anxiety that I get from an afternoon-coffee-straight-to-the-dome. If a high energy metabolism makes you clear-headed and focused, they did exactly what they said they would. I already re-ordered my second bottle.
Lemme Chill
Lord knows I needed this one. Lemme Chill was actually a Best of Beauty “Best De-Stress Supplement” for 2023, so I was definitely looking forward to trying it. The website claims that it reduces stress and helps maintain healthy cortisol levels using a clinically-studied dose of the most studied Ashwagandha in the world (KSM-66®). It also has Passionflower, Lemon Balm, and Goji Berry.
These gummies are mixed berry-flavored, which is delicious and flashed me back to childhood. I could pick up slight aftertaste from what I’m assuming is the ashwagandha, but overall I’d say Lemme scored another W in the “tastes like candy” department. I basically took two gummies whenever I started feeling a bit ~anxious~ throughout the day. (Naturally, I had to restrain myself from running through my stores too quickly.)
Final Verdict: Maybe it’s just the placebo effect… but damn. These things really mellow me out. Like from day 1. I felt relaxed and less irritable—and, interestingly, they helped me sleep better, too. When I said I had to restrain myself from taking more than four a day, I was not joking. I’ll definitely be re-purchasing these.
Lemme Debloat
This was the one I’d heard the most about before trying. And while I don’t technically have IBS, I definitely struggle with plenty of gut-related issues, especially when dairy is involved. So I was intrigued to say the least. The main Lemme Debloat uses Lactospore®, DE111®, and XOS—a mix of pre and probiotics all clinically studied for their digestive health benefits.
These have a blackberry flavor, and I’d say they’re my favorite out of the three in this bundle. Maybe it’s because I’m partial to blackberries… but they were almost harder to stop eating than the Lemme Chill gummies. I got into the habit of taking two gummies every morning, but on days I knew I was gonna be rebelling against my lactose insensitivity, I held off to take them right before the meal.
Final Verdict: Another sweeping W for Lemme (and for my body). On days where I indulged in what used to be no-no foods for me, I felt a significant decrease in the amount of bloating and gas, and could even see a difference in my stomach. Now I can’t imagine being without these at dinner. I ordered two more bottles so I can have one at home and one at the office.
I Think I Finally Understand What it Feels Like to be a Kardashian…
What with all these experts and scientists looking out for my daily nutritional health, and all. I feel like the logical next step is to just hire their personal chef, too.
Seriously, though, my skepticism about these gummies is totally out the window after this test run. I’m super excited to try even more of their products, and I’m starting a subscription on Lemme Matcha, Lemme Chill, and Lemme Debloat ASAP. I’ve never come across gummy supplements that 1. taste this good and 2. actually make a noticeable difference.
When you throw in the fact that they’re packed with clinically-studied ingredients, formulated by experts, and leave out all the harmful BS… Lemme gummies are a lock for being as successful as the iconic family itself. I’m officially a convert.
